Villa Gaia consists of two cave houses, set on an upper and lower level. The top level house may be rented either individually or both houses can be rented as a whole, whilst still offering privacy to each couple.

Both houses offer whitewashed sculpted interiors with a smooth transition from one room to the other, resembling cave houses with minimal design and airy aesthetics.

The upper level house, Villa Nefeli, offers one master bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen and a private, sublime balcony with magnificent sea views come to complete the scenery.

The lower level house also offers a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom but could easily accommodate two more persons in a banquette style couch which is served by a second bathroom near the lounge area.

The outdoor Jacuzzi, with breathtaking views to the deep blue Aegean Sea, awaits to pamper its guests with total relaxing moments.
